The residential complex "Silhouette" will appear at the corner of the Garden Ring and Akademik Sakharov Avenue, opposite the architectural monument - the building of the People's Commissariat of Agriculture of Alexei Shchusev. Its main part will be occupied by expensive housing (28 320 m2), there will also be offices, a fitness center, space for events, on the upper tier - sky deck, in the basement - a supermarket (total commercial areas will cover 8 230 m2). An underground garage is also planned for residents and the rest of the townspeople (13 310 m2).
The modular construction scheme will make the apartments both compact and spacious; the largest of them - at the corners of the building - will get panoramic views of the city.
The volume of the complex emphasizes the location of the entrances and creates a silhouette noticeable in the urban landscape. "Slots" at the top and bottom of the facades correspond to the functional content of the interiors. The size of the windows varies depending on their location. The red ceramic coating of the facades is both a reference to the People's Commissariat of Agriculture and an attempt to give the building "warmth".
