The building at 88 Market Street will take the site of a 1980s multi-storey car park; The construction of a skyscraper with a height of 280 m (51 floors) is planned to be fully completed in 2021. On a total area of 93 thousand m2, a "mobile" and "flexible" office of the future with panoramic views (upper 29 floors), 299 serviced apartments under the Citadines brand (tiers in the middle), infrastructure for residents (eight lower floors: swimming pool, jogging track, gym, "community" kitchen, lounge and barbecue area). Shops and restaurants will open on the podium.
Much more important to Singaporeans and tourists alike, however, will be the tower's public areas, visible through the 'split' façade profiles. At its foot will create a "plaza" with a tropical forest and a park, where areas for fitness, art exhibitions and social events are planned. From there, you can get inside the skyscraper, into the green City Room 19 m high, which is bordered by lobbies for residents and office workers, as well as cafes and shops.
A green terrace will be arranged on the roof, but an open "oasis" with a height of four tiers (30 m) at an elevation of 100 meters will become an even more attractive space. A spiral-shaped alley connects areas that can be used for walks, work meetings and relaxation. In the "oasis" it is planned to place a game complex, "cocoons" and hammocks, a cafe.
