The held II Forum of innovations in facades and roofs Building Skin Russia 2018 broke the records of the last year, both in terms of the number of participants and the number of visitors. This year, about 3,000 guests from various cities of Russia and neighboring countries were registered for the forum.
Building Skin Russia 2018 is the only forum in the CIS that is entirely dedicated to the dynamic market for the outer shells of modern buildings (building skins). The outer shell is the most important part of any building, the importance of which, in recent years, is growing rapidly. This is due to the development of building technologies and the tightening of requirements for energy efficiency, environmental friendliness and adaptability of the human environment. The lion's share of these qualities is accounted for by the complex of materials and technologies that make up the outer shell (building skin). Today, these materials and technologies are usually considered as a single interconnected system, the cost of which can be about 30% of the cost of the entire building. Unfortunately, earlier, this most important part of the building, on which its most important qualities depend, was underestimated and now, thanks to the Building Skin Russia 2018 forum, we are actively making up for lost time.
What is included in the system of the outer shell of the building?
It is based on such elements as:
- facade;
- roof;
- windows and entrance groups;
- thermal insulation.
It is to these elements that the Building Skin Russia 2018 forum is dedicated. Its feature, which sharply distinguishes this innovative platform from other events in the field of architecture, is the conceptual format that integrates both speeches by leading experts and expositions of well-known Russian and world brands.
Within the framework of the forum, an exhibition and a two-day conference were held simultaneously at two sites. More than 70 (!) Speakers spoke from the stands of the conference, and about 3000 delegates came to listen to them.
Following the established tradition, the organizer of the forum, the Facade Academy, will prepare new, interesting innovations for visitors next year. Together with the Forum Building Skin Russia 2019, the 4th industry forum WINDOWS IN RUSSIA 2019 and the 3rd Forum BUILDING ISOLATION 2019 will be held. outer shells of modern buildings.
