A new elite residential complex from the developer "Zhelezno" has appeared in the south-west of Kirov. RC "Zhelezno na Lomonosova" is located in a quiet and calm neighborhood; Pobedy Park is literally a five-minute walk from the house - the main point of attraction for local residents. Despite the remoteness from the center, the new building is provided with a fairly rich infrastructure: there are shops, schools, kindergartens, leisure and sports centers, as well as good transport links.
In the luxury house - as the developer positions it - apartments of various sizes and layouts are presented: from studios 26 m2 up to three-room apartments with a metric area of 104 m2.
The project for the residential complex was developed by Alexey Ivanov, head of the workshop "Archstroydesign ASD". I must say that "Zhelezno na Lomonosov" is not the first joint project of a Kirov developer and a Moscow architect. This summer, partners completed construction in Kirov
12-storey residential building. It is located closer to the center, along Turgenev Street.
KM-Technology, the official distributor of Japanese facade panels KMEW, has also joined the new project. For finishing the house on Turgenev Street, KM-Technology provided the Seradir V series products, specially designed for multi-storey buildings. These panels are "able" to withstand increased wind loads, so they can be used at a height of up to 75 meters. The developer and the architect liked the behavior of the material and its appearance so much that it was decided to use the Seradir V line to decorate the house on Lomonosov Street.
Most of the building's volume is clad with HCW2321GC panels, imitating milky ceramic bricks. The last - 13th, 14th and 15th - floors are "crowned" by a "crown" in burgundy-brown shades with light white splashes and a similar snow-white "grout" in the "seam" area - the role of the "crown" is played by the facade material HCW2323GC.
In the line "Seradir V" - in addition to textures "like brick" - there are panels reminiscent of marble, mountain stone, wood and even rice paper. All textures are given in various color variations.
Especially for the "Seradir V" series, original mounting accessories were developed: regular and long brackets and a docking bar. The use of these components eliminates the need for the customer to use silicone, which, in turn, allows installation at any time of the year, at an accelerated pace, and makes the seams between the panels invisible. KMEW panels are perfect for any climatic zone, even the most extreme ones, and will help to solve any problems related to the facade.
