GOOD WOOD Corporation presented a new line of typical country houses made according to the author's project.
The construction and investment company GOOD WOOD hired the architectural bureau Oleg Karlson to work on new projects of serial houses, an architect who is known and appreciated in the expert community as the author of a number of unique private projects made of wood.
According to the owner of GOOD WOOD, Alexander Dubovenko, the main goal pursued by his company is to make good, high-quality houses with thoughtful architecture, which, in fact, can become flagship solutions in the industry of typical wooden housing construction.
“As a rule, when all processes are already reliably built, systematized and automated, a very specific problem arises. You find that well-developed schemes have begun to limit the space for creativity and the author's individual approach, - says Alexander Dubovenko. “In our case, not only the technology, but also the architecture of serial houses itself is standardized and it differs significantly from the one that the customer of an individual project can choose. Therefore, we came to the conclusion to combine the advantages of standard, serial solutions with the advantages of copyright, offering our clients budget projects with non-standard, but the most comfortable design. Our cooperation with the architectural bureau of Oleg Karlson is aimed precisely at creating qualitatively new serial projects. - explains Dubovenko.
“For any home, there are only a few schemes, on the basis of which you can make completely different architecture. Therefore, to create new standard projects, we simply plan the maximum functional space, reducing transit zones, increasing the usable area in the already designed volumes, in the same areas, in the same axes, we remove unnecessary and non-functional details in layouts and facades - as a result, we get a beautiful, comfortable, warm home,”says Oleg Karlson.
Four houses from GOOD WOOD, designed by the architectural bureau, are already on sale. In their production, a combined technology was used, when the first floor is made of bricks, and the second is made of laminated veneer lumber. The cost of the house in the "Warm contour" configuration is 6,490,000 rubles.
The main advantages of the author's houses from the new line: a full second floor (in some cases there is an attic where you can remove all technological equipment or use the room as a storage room), the facades are made in a classic style, natural materials and colors are used in their decoration, which is always relevant; thanks to thoughtful glazing, insolation in all living spaces is flawless and meets all existing standards and requirements; simple, laconic shapes of walls and roofs make the house more energy efficient and reliable in operation; room layouts are optimal in size for a family format; there are places for installing a fireplace; Entrance zones and open summer areas protected by a roof from summer heat, rain or winter snowfall are provided;
