It is planned to create an experimental area on an area of 759 hectares on the site of a former artillery base. The goal is to provide citizens of Kazan with the opportunity to lead a suburban lifestyle in the city. Russian and foreign architectural companies are invited to participate in the competition. The selected portfolio teams will work on projects.

Pavilion of seduction

Resilent Desing Competition 2018

Global Warming Center
Source: rethinkingcompetitions.com Arctic ice is of great importance for the Earth's climate system. The ice cap reflects the sun's rays and thus prevents the planet from overheating. In recent years, the area of the ice cover has been rapidly decreasing, and its final disappearance can lead to catastrophic consequences. The organizers of the competition ask participants to submit ideas for creating a research base in the Arctic for two people who could study the problem of melting glaciers and look for ways to solve it. The main requirement for projects is environmental friendliness.

Interior Concept 2018
Source: ardexpert.ru Conceptual and realized design projects made using furniture from Czech factories Hanak and Ton participate in the competition. Works are accepted in four categories: kitchen, residential interiors, public interiors, children's room. The winners will go on an architectural excursion tour to the Czech Republic, and the best project in the category "Children's Rooms" will be implemented at the Hanak factory and put into mass production.
