ALUCOBOND® Legno combines the beauty of wood with the strength of metal.
There are four patterns in the collection: ancient pine, African zebrano, European walnut and red elm. The surfaces look very natural: a special textured coating gives a roughness, and the pattern can be up to 5 meters in length without repeating. The panels are painted according to the Coil Coating system: a high quality polymer coating is applied in a continuous roll method, and then fired. This makes the color resistant to UV light, weathering and dirt.
ALUCOBOND® Legno is suitable both for imitation of wood and for daring experiments: the panels can be cut into narrow strips or use a large format, you can bend them at any angle. The milling edging technique allows you to create complex geometric shapes. At the same time, there is no need to fear that microcracks will appear on the folds, which lead to latent corrosion: ALUCOBOND panels® Legno made from special
"Marine" aluminum alloy EN AW 5005A - not only optimal for milling and shaping, but also with improved anti-corrosion properties.
Composite panels ALUCOBOND® Legno surpasses wood in many ways: they are strong and durable, practically maintenance-free, resistant to weathering, not afraid of fungus, decay, weathering or the formation of moss. In addition, the material is available in version A2, which belongs to non-combustible materials according to the European classification EN 13501-1, which makes it the most fireproof among aluminum composite panels.
