Description provided by the architects.
On the northern outskirts of the city, in a picturesque area, the Kharkov River flows. On the high right bank there are green hills, and the flatter left bank is occupied by a meadow, where the equestrian club is located. The proximity of the river and the relief of the site significantly influenced the formation of the complex. The main buildings are planted on the upper plateau, while areas closer to the water and suffering from flooding are allocated for meadow levada.
The complex is located near the ring road. It is protected from the noise of cars by the apple orchard and the volume of the indoor arena. In the depths of the site from the arena, there are three "fingers" of the stables, behind which there are meadows and an open arena with a spectator tribune. There are special training facilities to the right of the administrative block.
The gables of the administrative block and the stables are made of untreated oak logs. They accentuate tectonics, accentuate entrance portals and control light entering the interior.
