It is built on the outskirts of Torshavn, the capital of the archipelago, and its centrifugal composition seems to be trying to capture the surrounding natural landscape. It unfolds like a funnel around the central atrium - the main public space and the meeting hall, protruding outward as an entrance bridge over the uneven terrain, ground wings and consoles of the upper tiers. Of the five tiers, three are given to educational institutions, each - his own, one - to the dining room and premises for teachers, and another - to physical education and meetings.

The tiers are turned into the atrium with a diameter of 32 m with tinted glass of different shades, so that the functions of this or that floor are immediately clear. All premises received spectacular views of the city, the sea, green fields, wastelands and mountains.

The straight glass panels on the round façade are arranged according to the tiling principle. Glass and aluminum create a discreet appearance, over time, the grass on the roof will further fit the building into the landscape. The interior uses stone, wood, exposed concrete surfaces.
