Even 10 years ago, few people in Russia knew about the existence of KMEW facade panels. Now Japanese fiber cement has many admirers in all regions of Russia. The explanation is quite simple: Japanese facade panels have a number of advantages that are not yet available to other manufacturers. This includes increased resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, and the ability to self-cleaning from dirt, low weight of panels, earthquake resistance, speed of installation, invisible seams and fastening.
Today, the KMEW line includes about 400 panel options. They differ from each other not only in color, but also in texture: you can choose a texture like stone, plaster, wood or brick. All unevenness and roughness of the facing materials are real, not a printed imitation.
Moreover, the material is very easy to work with. The head of the official distributor of Japanese facade panels "KM-Technology" Vitaly Berestenko in a series of short videos talks about the use of this material in modern low-rise architecture. Thus, country cottages receive not only reliable protection, but also an excellent appearance: it is the presence of fiber cement panels that makes the facades of buildings stylish, modern and technological.
For example, one of the objects with which the KM-Technology company worked is located in the village of Neroshchino near Moscow - this is a two-storey private house with a facade area of 429 m2. It is based on a timber frame and the customer wanted the façade solution to fit in with the sustainability concept. After consulting with an architect, he decided to use 14mm KMEW panels with a plaster texture. Two colors were chosen for the decoration at once: 1119 and 1111.
“In our opinion, the combination of dark and light colors looks great. The architect very correctly divided the colors on the facade of this house, - says Vitaly Berestenko. - We always advise you to make a combination of colors. It looks amazing. The fixing of the panels in this project is realized with the help of a minimum wooden lathing of 30 x 50 mm, so as not to deepen the windows taken out into the plane of the facade. The installation of the curtain wall, along with the window frames, soffit filing and the installation of the drainage system, took a total of seven weeks.
