KM-Technology, the official distributor of Japanese KMEW facade panels in Russia, announces the expansion of the assortment - a new version of a very thin strip for masking the vertical seam between panels has appeared in the product line: B36F. It is suitable for the Seradir V high-rise series and makes the joint between KMEW panels almost invisible, thus expanding the possibilities of architects.
The new plank is suitable for applications where a monolith-like surface feel is desired. It is made of high quality anodized aluminum, due to its special structure, the visible seam thickness is only 1.2 mm. Together with the horizontal seams invisible from the outside and hidden fastenings, it creates the feeling of a single canvas. The plank is available in several colors to match the different KMEW surfaces.

Note that seams are an extremely important characteristic of any facade material, whether it be the joint between panels, the distance between stone blocks or bricks. KMEW docking strips are just designed for accurate work with seams, to create a complete, well-thought-out building envelope.
At the same time, vertical docking strips are technically necessary: the panels cannot be installed end-to-end - the seams provide the necessary elasticity of the facade, therefore they are a necessary element of this facade solution. Now the possibilities have expanded - an elegant slim version has been added to the previous version of the planks.
