Due to the optimal configuration of profiles (internal visible width 50, 60 or 80 mm, external - 50, 60 mm), as well as the possibility of implementing various nodal solutions, the system provides transparency and external lightness of structures.

During the modernization alt=F50 has undergone a number of changes. The tides for the cracker were removed, as well as the channels in the lining installation area, which made it possible to increase the front wall of the crossbar. The sidewall thickness has also increased - up to 2.5 mm. Together, these solutions improve the bearing capacity of the structure. The updated system provides profiles for objects with heavy infills (up to 1100 kg).

In addition, effective mechanisms for removing moisture from the crossbar to the rack for internal and external turns of the facade have been implemented. In particular, moisture removal is provided by special plugs that are easily fixed with a self-tapping screw after mounting the rack.

The third innovation is the use of brackets for installation of the facade without scaffolding directly from the floor slab, which significantly speeds up the installation process.

Thus, the updated post-transom system has the following advantages:

  • Energy efficiency. Using alt=" F50 profiles allows you to save on heating and air conditioning (reduced heat transfer resistance Ro ≧ 1.21 m² · ° C / W, infills from 4 to 62 mm can be set).
  • Tightness. The profiles of the alt=" F50 series ensure that there is no blowing, no leaks and, as a result, no risk of mold and mildew formation.
  • Soundproofing. The constructions alt=" F50 do not allow sounds from the street to penetrate into the building, thus maintaining a comfortable noise level in the room.
  • Durability. The alt=" F50 components are coated with a coating that is resistant to aggressive external environment, exposure to the sun and moisture. The service life of the seal used in the system is at least 50 years.

Heat conservation law: window and door systems alt=" W62 and alt=" W72 with thermal insulation

Previously, windows and doors made of aluminum profiles were most often seen in shopping and business centers. Indeed, due to its strength and reliability, aluminum becomes the best choice where there is a need for large glazing.
