The cottage village Millennium Park, very elite, is located 30 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Novorizhskoe highway. If you go from Moscow, then on the right there will be the notorious Pavlovskaya Sloboda, and on the left here it is. In fact, there are several villages here, a couple of SNT and the remains of old villages, which, however, were also well rebuilt, almost drowned in the rings and bends of the village plans that changed the morphology of the terrain. Here, on the territory of Agalarov Estate, there are golf courses and a small reservoir on the Belyai River; here, a little to the side, is the Monolith Residences settlement, designed by Mikhail Belov. The difference between the Millennium settlement is artificial canals. The prices of houses here are somewhere in the range from 200 to 20 million rubles, and the latter is for unfinished construction on a plot of 10 acres. Among other things, there are a lot of them on sale, not all are sold out. Plus - from time to time modern architecture sprouts here. And the infrastructure, of course, is developed, residents will not be left without a church or restaurant.
The infrastructure of the cottage area continues to develop. Recently we talked about the project of a sports complex, developed by the architectural bureau "Fourth Dimension" and conceived as the most perfect complex in the Moscow region, thought out in detail.
. Ket architects designed two objects last autumn: a car wash and a furniture showroom. They are located a little further north, on the territory of the village of Zakharovo, not far from the golf courses of Agalarov Estate. They are distinguished by laconic and even economical modern architecture, which, as we see, is also beginning to appear now in these pretentious places.
Washing-cafe
As you know, you have to wait at the car wash, and in the process it is good if you have at your disposal not only a coffee machine, but also something more agreeable and spacious, in order to spend time, if not useful, then at least pleasantly. Therefore, on the second floor, over five washing boxes, there is a cafe with a panoramic glass wall. There is a balcony in front of the glass wall.

A white spiral staircase leads to the cafe, in the spirit of avant-garde masters starting from Le Corbusier: it is built into the entrance space, lined with a rail that flows, according to the authors, here from the facade.

An open terrace of a cafe is planned on the roof, with umbrellas and a glass railing; the same spiral staircase, protruding with a rounded glass tower, leads to it. According to the authors, a "ship pine forest" should be visible from the roof - since there is no forest at all, everything is inhabited with cottages, one must think that we are talking about a nature reserve on the other side of New Riga - it is assigned to the Moscow State Pedagogical University, there is a long-eared owl and a fur-legged owl, and any logging is prohibited.
***Retail with bench
The building, which the authors define as "the center of gravity for a number of furniture companies", is characterized by its simplicity with an open plan of two floors inside. The lower floor is glass, the upper one is planned to be covered with translucent panels of a corrugated wavy configuration over the ribbon window so that it shines mysteriously in the evenings, just like "The Seasons" in the reconstruction of Remment Lucas Koolhaas. An eye-catching element in this simple structure is the curved red bench along the main long façade. It wriggles, rises, and even "forms a garden" (bypasses trees). The authors also define it as an info point and a navigation element.
