The loudest event of the next architectural week, the completion of the All-Russian competition of innovative architectural projects "Architectural Image of Russia", will be held in Ulyanovsk. The final ceremony will last three days. On Friday, residents and guests of Ulyanovsk can visit the exhibition of winning projects, on Saturday - a round table on the topic "Modern Russia through the eyes of young architects", and on Sunday the ceremony of awarding young architects will take place.

The Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture and Design is traditionally the busiest architectural place in Moscow. On Tuesday, here Yuri Palmin will talk about the development of architectural photography and show his work. It will be about how technological progress has changed the position of the amateur photographer in relation to the professional photographer. And on Thursday a lecture will be given by the Dutchman Winy Maas, one of the founders of the MVRDV workshop, today he teaches in various parts of the world, for example, at Yale University, Berlage Institute, Delft University of Technology. The audience will see in front of them both an architect, who will share his impressions of his latest projects, and an urbanist, who will talk about the joint program of MVRDV and the Netherlands Technical University of Delft - "The Why Factory". The Why Factory is a research project that aims to imagine how modern cities will develop, to try to see the cities of the future through modeling and visualization.

In addition, next week the last opportunity will be given to those who have not yet had time to attend the summer exhibition at the Museum of Architecture “Come on! Austrian Art Today”and appreciate the contemporary art, architecture and design of Austria. The exhibition “BOOM ROOM. New Estonian Architecture”.
