Schlüterhof, Berlin Palace Germany

The Berlin Palace, demolished by the GDR government in 1950, was renovated in 2019. How magnificent the facades of the building looked at the beginning of the 18th century: the design of the architect Andreas Schlüter is so simple, despite the abundance of the Baroque style. Comprehensive successful renovation.

In the nomination dedicated to the revival of a historical building, a colorful project was presented - a church in honor of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God in the village of Telma, Irkutsk region. This is an object of cultural heritage of the 19th century of federal significance, a unique example of a rotunda temple in Eastern Siberia, which is distinguished by an original, graceful and laconic design of external decoration. The facade was revived from the ruins, the expressive and delicate ornament was restored - every garland, brace, round medallions with Maltese crosses, Roman acanthus leaves. The facade was recreated almost in its original form.
