Working on the project of the Club House "Kutuzovskiy 12", the architects of the bureau "Tsimailo, Lyashenko and Partners" designed the amazing "Garden of Four Seasons" on the roof of the parking lot. The total area of the improvement was 3500 sq. M. A carefully selected assortment of plants will allow residents to enjoy wonderful views at any time of the year.
The garden is adorned with red-leaved hazel trees, umbrella irgi and undersized pines, from early spring to late autumn flowers are fragrant in it - from crocuses to asters. The plants for him came from the Lorberg nursery, the oldest nursery in Germany.
And the reliability and functionality of the "green" roof is provided by the green roof technology and subsequent landscaping ZinCo. Ideally matched components (layers) of the roofing "pie", a special substrate and zoned plants form a well-thought-out system that provides optimal conditions for the life of shrubs and conifers, but at the same time protects the underground parking from leaks.
The atmosphere of a Mediterranean siesta in the center of the metropolis is created by carefully thought out details:
- The paving pattern evokes associations with the embankments of resort towns. Parallelograms of four standard sizes, made of gabbro and labradorite granite, are laid out with an elegant herringbone pattern.
- Round flowerpots of two sizes, movement limiters are made of polished architectural concrete with the addition of granite chips.
- Boulder benches are made according to an individual project. Their natural form is conducive to an afternoon rest.
- An individual project was also created for the flower beds. An unexpected material was chosen for them - brutal Corten steel.
