The competition was announced in September by the Voronezh branch of the Union of Architects of Russia. Customer - SK "Accent". The participants were faced with the task of proposing sketches of a residential building on Koltsovskaya Street and a concept for the improvement of the adjacent territory. In total, the organizers received 24 projects from different cities of Russia - from Vladikavkaz to Ufa. The competition was held in a remote format. The prize fund was 700,000 rubles.

The authors of the project tried to create a special atmosphere of comfortable life in the city center by architectural means. Also, one of the tasks was to ensure that the new object corresponded to the history and surroundings of the site. In addition to the variety of layouts and landscaping elements, a two-level courtyard and underground parking, there is a neighboring center - a space for communication, study and recreation. It includes a cafe, a laundry, a mutual help corner, a children's and sports area, etc.

Second place
Maxim Bazaev, Vladikavkaz
The architects aimed to "present" the street with a bright, memorable building that could become a symbol of the district and the entire city. The emphasis is on environmental friendliness, some of the apartments have landscaped terraces. Thanks to the non-standard volumetric solution, most of the apartments received unique layouts. The first two floors of the building are almost completely given over to common areas - there are a hall, wheelchairs, meeting rooms, children's playrooms, waiting and rest areas.

Third place

The complex consists of two different-level volumes united by a stylobate. A three-storey volume was brought to the fore, which made it possible to match the historical scale of the street. In the stylobate part there is a parking lot and various commercial premises, and in the connecting gallery between the two buildings there is a children's play area, as well as a space for relaxation and communication.
