The first was considered the project of regeneration of buildings for administrative buildings with an underground parking at Sadovnicheskaya st., 71, bldg. 1.2 (LLC "Vostok-service-builder", architect AI Zakharov). The project was made before the 40th law and proposes the reconstruction of two houses with an increase in their number of storeys from one to three floors plus an attic. Thus, the height along the ridge of the building is 14.4 m. When reviewing the project, the experts found a discrepancy between the section and the facade, in one of them the attic is smaller, in the other - more. In ARI, the attic space is listed as a technical room, and in the album it is marked as an office space (height 3.6 m). For this illegal floor, the project was removed from consideration with the words: "… you were allowed to build up 3 floors in the security zone, so you are also attaching the fourth."

The authors of the office and residential complex under construction at 5-7 Maly Golovin Pereulok (Moscow Architectural Center, architect N. E. Novikov) presented for discussion a project of an extension to the building of a glazed balcony, in which it is planned to arrange a winter garden. The experts greeted him with no joy, remembering how long they had been approving this option at home. They also noted that glazing does not paint the house, the architect knows about this and therefore they do it arbitrarily in residential buildings, but here the authors themselves came to glaze - which "does not make the house better." The balcony seemed to the group "very active", and the authors were asked that if they still want to glaze the house, show other options.

Pre-project of a hotel with underground parking at Borisoglebskiy per., 9, building 3. (OOO Stroyrekonstruktsiya, architect MG Leonov) has a long history: it was first considered in 2005. Then it was proposed to build not a hotel, but an office building - however, the Aleksandrovsky Shelter, located next to the construction site, at the same time received the status of a “newly discovered monument”. This changed the conditions of approval, as it was decided to first "rethink" the territory and reconstruct the orphanage church destroyed in Soviet times. The discussion now focused on the sequence and methods of reconstruction of the church - which should take place before the start of new construction. The experts sent the project to the Methodological Council of the Ministry of Culture, which will determine the status of the monument, which will possibly change the official status of the territory.

"The pre-project for the regeneration of buildings for an administrative building at Novaya Basmannaya St., 18, str. 2,3,4" (Mosproekt-2, building 5, architect MG Leonov) suggests instead of dilapidated outbuildings of a city estate the status of a monument, to build new buildings in the same volume. The demolition commission doubted that these outbuildings should be demolished, fearing that the parameters of new construction, as always, would end up being overestimated, but yesterday the OERG approved the project, considering it "as close as possible in terms of volume and nature of architecture."

The pre-project of a multifunctional residential complex in Lyalin lane, 16, str. 1-3 (APN Modulor, architect GM Kurennoy) involves two old houses. One is stone, Empire style with a little bit of Art Nouveau, the second, attached to its wall, is wooden. They are not monuments and are located outside the protected areas, although not far from the Church of the Apostle James. In addition, the houses are located inside an integral low-rise building, and, strictly speaking, they themselves must also be recognized as part of the environment of this, not too spoiled place. The empire house will be preserved, and the wooden one will be demolished, a new residential complex will be built on the site of the house and its courtyard, which, thus, will stick to the old building. According to experts, in this case, it is very important to "take into account during construction" the surrounding buildings and preserve the flavor of the old lane. The project shown was generally approved - those present even noted that the interfacing of the new building with the old one was “done well”. However, the authors were asked to also think about the slope of the roof, so that it is not so aggressive, and over the hinged floor, so that it is more environmentally friendly. For the next review, the experts were asked to prepare plans for the lower floors of the Empire building, in order to make sure that it will indeed be preserved.

The project of a multifunctional complex was adopted, which will be located under the square of the Paveletsky railway station (Project manager S. D. Solopov). It has four underground levels with trade, multiplex and catering and a fifth technical floor. On the surface, it will be a park area, according to the authors, "not having a complicated relationship with architecture" with lawns, paths, a fountain in the middle and glass pavilions (2.5 m high) leading into the complex. The project also includes a parking lot for 1000 cars, 600 of which will be intended for the station. The air conditioners will be designed in the form of two ventilation "kiosks" hidden among the trees.

The project of a multifunctional cultural and entertainment center with a hotel on Zemlyanoy Val, 26, str. 1-2 ("Mosproekt-2", workshop No. 19) is a 7-storey complex with a hotel for 50 people. The center should be built next to a residential building, very close, which caused the main dissatisfaction of experts because of a possible social conflict with the residents of the building. Therefore, if from the point of view of protected areas there were no complaints about the project, then the location and volume of those caused. As the best solution to the problem, the group proposed increasing the number of storeys and reducing the building area - from which the new building should become thinner, but higher. This, on the one hand, will make it possible to free up the courtyard territory, on the other, it will create a dominant in the area instead of consecutive "chests". The project was sent for consideration to the Prefecture of the Central Administrative District of S. L. Baydakov, in order to prevent problems with the residents of the neighboring house.

In the park zone of Tsaritsyn, on Borisovskie ponds, by the order of the mayor, it is planned to build a sports and recreation complex with a water park (Natashinskaya st., "Proektstroytsentr", architect A. Koschei). The project unites halls of all kinds of sports and will become a one-of-a-kind physical culture center in the south of Moscow. However, next to the site intended for construction there is a recently discovered archaeological monument - the Gorodnya River, where a dam with a mill will be built, and on the other side of the isthmus there is already a church. In addition, it is a natural complex in which, according to the recent words of the mayor, “nothing can be built”. The project was sent for examination in order to find out what the status of this natural zone will be; and the General Plan of Moscow should determine whether it is possible to build something on this site.

The pre-project of an apart-hotel with an underground parking lot at Kosmodamianskaya emb., 22, building 1.1A (Mosproekt-2, master. 5, architect MG Leonov), which should be built next to the building of the Kriegs Commissariat, was not considered for the first time - a month ago, on June 7, experts recommended moving the red line, as well as specifying what it will be, accommodation or a hotel. Now the line has been maintained, the volume has become narrower, the height (27 m) does not exceed the Kriegs Commissariat; on the building front there are 4 floors plus a technical one, in the back of the courtyard - 6. Nevertheless, it seemed to the experts that the house was too "bulging" because of the monument, and, moreover, significantly higher than the adjacent "stalinkas", which form a single ensemble - and the house was offered reduce. In the end, it turned out that the project did not have an agreed landscape-visual analysis, and it was removed from consideration.
