The complex volume of the building, composed of a flattened base, partially hidden underground, and an irregular polyhedron of the upper part, contains five floors, slightly rotated relative to each other along the vertical axis.
Below ground level is the garage, gymnasium and several fashion show rooms; all design departments of the company, as well as office space, are located on the upper floors.
Studios and offices are located along the perimeter of the building, so the maximum amount of sunlight will get there. Closer to the center of the building, there are recreational areas, "showcases" for clothes and other premises that do not require natural light.
As the main materials for the interiors, concrete was chosen - painted and not, artificially aged steel and wood. The facades of the building will consist of double glass panels of varying degrees of transparency in aluminum frames. In the future, the building can be revived by applying images on its walls using the silk-screening technique.
