The new residential complex is located in the famous surroundings of Hangzhou, near the Qiantang River. The village complex as a whole follows the topographic profile of the area, giving the impression of a smooth flow of volumes.

Twelve houses stand on hills overgrown with bamboo: they are staggered around the site to leave as much free space around each building. New plantings of trees and bamboo between them should give the impression that the buildings are in small clearings.

Each of them has five spacious apartments with an area of 450 m2 each. The facades are encircled by ribbons of deep loggias hidden from the sun behind wooden screens - a nod to traditional Chinese residential architecture.

In the northern part of the village there is an outdoor swimming pool and a "club" building made of concrete and local volcanic stone; it acts as a retaining wall, keeping the slope of the hill above it and repeating its outline. Its interior is reminiscent of a cave, with extensive use of natural light coming in through the glazing of the ceilings.

A common underground garage is located under the buildings, which made it possible to completely remove cars from the territory.
