Built in the heart of Belgrade, the new hotel is located within walking distance of the main attractions of the Serbian capital (in particular, just 100 meters from the Kalemegdan Fortress).

The architectural fabric of this part of the city is quite diverse, although it is not historical buildings that predominate in it, but buildings of the era of modernism, and it was the latter that became a kind of stylistic landmark for Isai Weinfeld. Of course, the architect does not directly copy the planning techniques of the 1960s; rather, he reinterprets them in a modern way, using the proportions and plasticity of modernism to create an emphatically individual and expensive structure.

The first floor of the building is faced with light brown granite, and the main entrance to the hotel is a deep horizontal niche, as if carved into a stone massif. Laconic steps lead to the glass doors, and to the right there is an equally fascinating entrance to the underground parking with its simplicity.

These two elements dictate the logic of the development of the main facade: above the entrance for cars there are windows of the same square shape, above the niche of the main entrance there are rectangular openings recessed into the depths. The architect decorates the window niches with glass rails, behind which there are low ornamental trees. And although this part of the facade is painted white, Weinfeld trims the recesses themselves with wood, while the square windows are located on a narrow vertical "strip", which is completely lined with wood.

The architect makes the combination of two colors - white and light brown - the main one in the design of all interiors of the hotel, whether it be public areas on the ground floor, a sports block with a pool on the basement floor, or the decoration of the rooms themselves.

And the claimed modernist aesthetics are supported by Danish design furniture inspired by the 1960s. On the uppermost level of the building, there is a small panoramic bar, which offers a wonderful view of the historic center of Belgrade.
