This is the third published project of twin towers for the Yongsangu business district (master plan by Daniel Libeskind): in addition to Smith, similar high-rise buildings MVRDV and BIG will be built there. Despite their less dramatic shape than their colleagues, the skyscrapers of the creator of Burj Khalifa are bolder from an engineering point of view. The design of each of the towers is a composition of "mini-turrets" suspended from a central cruciform rod with 8 "mega-columns".

The volume of each of the towers is cut off from the bottom and from the top diagonally, the apartments located in these places will receive a transparent floor or ceiling, respectively. The program of the complex also includes offices, a hotel, a shopping center in the "crystal" at ground level and a recessed garden leading to an underground shopping center, the main one in the area.

The complex was named Dancing Dragons ("dancing dragons"): this is a reference to Korean mythology, and to the "scene" - Yongsang means "dragon hill". This line is developed by the solution of the facade of the building: the glass panels resemble dragon skin scales. At the same time, ventilation holes are hidden in the profiles separating them, and their configuration provides self-shadowing.

The towers vary in height: they reach 450 m (88 floors) and 390 m (77 floors), respectively.
