The most visible space of the 14-storey tower will be the "educational cascade" - a series of vertical niches for informal student communication. It will be visible from the outside through the glass façade and will become the hallmark of the new building. These spaces will complement outdoor terraces and public spaces, the main one being the rooftop offering panoramic views of the Hudson River.
A key part of the building will be a high-tech medical “training center” where students will be able to master the profession in a realistic environment. There, medical practitioners will get acquainted with new methods and technologies. In addition, the project provides auditoriums and event spaces with an advanced technical system, including a student support service.
The “Gym” and other classrooms and administrative areas face the north facade, while all common areas, including the “cascade”, lounges and cafes, are grouped around the south side.
