The development, which bears the name of the area where it is located, is intended for Vinci Partners, a large Brazilian company engaged in alternative investment and asset management. The 25-meter building has 7 above-ground floors and 3 underground levels (there are areas for rent and parking). Of the 7,500 m2 total area, 6,500 m2 are office space.

The Leblon building faces the lively Bartolomeu Mitre Avenue with its main western façade, so it was very important to protect the interiors from excessive light, heat, noise and outside views. A screen made of white aluminum profiles serves this purpose.

Natural light enters the rooms through two open atriums that act as light wells. They reveal the concrete "core" of the building, and there are also green walls. Offices with a free plan are designed in a more restrained manner with a predominance of white and aluminum.
