The museum will be located on Moskovskaya Square, next to the headquarters and the Roshen confectionery factory, and will become the "showcase" of this company.
Now the square where, among other things, the Central Bus Station is located is a major transport interchange, not very convenient for pedestrians. The appearance of a museum there will not only add “identity” to it, but will also create a full-fledged public space there. In particular, the line of the old Kievskaya Street will be restored along the historic facade of the factory.
The main part of the new museum is a prismatic volume, where the operating line for the production of chocolate will be located. Unlike similar "visual aids" in museums around the world, in Kiev this line will be located vertically, on several tiers. At night, it will be possible to project images onto the smart glass facade, in particular, to arrange a shadow theater.
A low volume with glass facades will appear next to it: a store will be located on its ground floor, a tasting room, a research center, and administrative premises on the second level.
