On July 4, 2013, the second plant for the production of the unique SHINGLAS shingles of the TechnoNIKOL Corporation was opened in Ryazan. 200 million rubles of tax deductions to various budgets and 30 million square meters. m of products annually, the total investment is 1.5 billion rubles.
The new production lines were designed and manufactured in the USA and, in terms of their scientific and technical potential, have no analogues in Russia, Europe and the CIS countries. Modern production, equipped with the latest science, offers the market affordable prices for the consumer, an expanded color range and unique warranty obligations for the entire range of double-layer laminated shingles of the JAZZ and COUNTRY series.
In Russia and neighboring countries, flexible shingles have gained great popularity, and in the United States, more than 85% of pitched roofs are Shinglas.
The products of the new plant will be supplied to more than 30 countries of the world, such as Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Lithuania, Latvia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Moldova and many others.
“The SHINGLAS shingles production plant in Ryazan is a strategically important project for the region. More than 150 high-tech jobs have been created at the production site. And tax revenues will amount to 200 million rubles annually to various budgets,”said Igor Bryazgunov, Director of the Pitched Roof business area at TechnoNICOL Corporation, at the opening of the plant.
The opening ceremony of the plant was also attended by the Governor of the Ryazan Region Oleg Kovalev, Vladimir Markov - General Director of TechnoNICOL Corporation, Dmitry Ryndin - Commercial Director of the Pitched Roofing direction of TechnoNICOL Corporation, Anna Molchanova - Deputy Executive Director of the National Roofing Union.
At the moment, Shinglas shingles of the TechnoNIKOL corporation are the only material in Russia that has the CE mark of conformity.
