The total area of the tower and the surrounding buildings - a pavilion with an exhibition hall and an auditorium for 2,200 seats, a mosque and a central power station - will amount to 495,000 m2. The skyscraper's streamlined volume is designed with the angle of incidence of sunlight, typical of Jakarta, located near the equator: this will help reduce overheating of the facade and save resources needed to cool the interior. Also, this task is served by external blinds, which protect the premises from the sun's rays, while providing them with optimal natural light.
