In 2013, the output of extruded aluminum profiles increased by 80% - the second stage of the AluminTechno plant was launched. In addition to the existing ones, four new workshops were opened: for pressing, anodizing, painting of aluminum profiles and packaging of finished products. The total production capacity of the plant was 45-48 thousand tons of extruded profiles per year.
The new press shop includes two 7-inch lines. The new lines allowed ALUTECH Group of Companies to significantly expand the range of its products. Thus, today AluminTechno has six pressing lines: two 5-inch, three 7-inch and one 9-inch.
Thanks to the launch of the second anodizing line, the total production capacity of the plant reached 10 thousand tons of anodized profiles per year. The new line is fully automated and equipped with equipment from one of the leading manufacturers in the field of anodizing. The range of colors has also been expanded - now the profile can be painted in exclusive shades of copper. In this case, the thickness of the applied coating is up to 30 microns.
The new two-conveyor vertical powder coating line allows the production of up to 24 thousand tons of painted profiles per year. The total annual volume of profiles painted on both lines is 38 thousand tons. In two independent spray booths, two batches of profile can be painted in different colors in parallel. The transition from one color to another is carried out in 4 minutes.
Thirty-five tons - this is how much finished product per day is processed by the new packaging line, the full working cycle of which is completed in 22 seconds. The nearest plans are to launch one more packing line.
The quality of AluminTechno extruded profiles meets the requirements of DIN17615, EN 755-1, EN 755-2, EN 12020. The quality of the coating is confirmed by the Swiss Qualicoat / Seaside and Qualanod certificates.
