Buildings with heights of 180 and 110 meters (40 and 27 floors, respectively) will be erected on the Paseo de la Reforma, a key thoroughfare in the Mexican capital. The buildings will be united by a 9-storey podium with a parking lot.
The 40-story tower will house offices, a fitness center, restaurants and shops. A “city courtyard” is planned in the center of the building, which will provide natural lighting and ventilation in the premises located closer to the core of the building. This layout is complemented by "slots" in the shell of the building, where open terraces are arranged.
The smaller tower will house the hotel. The total area of the complex will be 120,000 m2; it is assumed that the project will be implemented by 2016.
