RHEINZINK - Double vertical fold
The double vertical rebate is a further development of the single rebate. This reliable solution has been known from the literature since 1899, and primarily for roof slopes less than 35 °. For Russia, the recommended minimum roof pitch is 7 °. The name “double vertical fold” denotes the classic way of longitudinal joining of pictures located next to each other. With a rebate height of 25 mm, it is a reliable protection against the penetration of precipitation. The double vertical fold has received international acclaim. The production and connection of profiles is carried out manually or mechanically using equipment. It is possible to manufacture complex shapes: curved, concave, as well as conical patterns.

RHEINZINK - Corner vertical seam
In the field of roofing technology, the vertical seam is a relatively new solution. It was first mentioned in professional literature at the beginning of the 20th century. By closing one fold of the fold on the profiled picture, an angular vertical fold is obtained, which is much easier and faster than the execution of a double vertical fold. It is especially preferred on visible roof areas with a slope of more than 35 °, as well as on gables, attics or mansards in its classic vertical, diagonal or horizontal design. Since the angled vertical rebate is wider than the double fold, it gives objects with large planes a bright and vibrant structure.

RHEINZINK - Click-Leiste snap-on strips
The method of joining pictures with planks is the oldest system of roofing technology used today. The name “snap-on strip” denotes one of the longitudinal connection methods, in which RHEINZINK fasteners made of profiled galvanized steel are placed between the pictures. Both mounting options are closed from above with a bar. This is a very reliable styling method. Pre-fabricated start and finish strips enhance the quality of installation and highlight the sophisticated aesthetics. The surface structure typical of this system is achieved by dominant longitudinal joints, which create a unique play of light and shade in different lighting conditions. This feature provides additional aesthetic opportunities not only for roofing, but also for facing large facades. Even more solutions are available with the combination of the “snap-on planks” and double vertical fold systems.

RHEINZINK - Rhombuses
Rhombuses are very popular as roofing. Small RHEINZINK rhombuses allow you to reliably embody the most complex geometric shapes in architecture. Classic applications for rhombuses include dormers, chimneys, and cornices. The RHEINZINK large rhombuses are a continuation of the small rhombus system. Large diamonds work best on large areas of facades. They are a further development of pointed and square rhombuses and have aesthetic and constructive advantages.
The use of various sizes of large rhombuses opens up unlimited possibilities for facade finishing. The use of rhombuses with a normally rolled surface provides additional aesthetic benefits. The uneven natural patina of a normally rolled surface gives extraordinary color shades to each diamond and the entire surface as a whole.

Material of the present and the future
PATINA LINE is the classic RHEINZINK product line. The normally rolled version (prePATINA walzblank) takes on a natural patina over time due to weathering. The patinated versions of prePATINA blaugrau and schiefergrau leave the factory from day one with the classic blue-gray or dark gray patina typical of zinc. It is worth noting that the weather-resistant versions of this series can change their shade, depending on the environment. A distinctive feature of the next product line - RHEINZINK-PROTECT - is that the gray-blue and dark gray appearance of the titanium-zinc surface is protected from aging in the long term by means of an invisible coating.
Thanks to the RHEINZINK-COLOR product line, a color version of RHEINZINK is also available. It opens up new possibilities for the design of coatings, facades and architectural details. under the colored surface are the outstanding technological properties of RHEINZINK.
