Near the bay with the complex name Vanhankaupunginlahti, known for its protected swampy shores, next to the exemplary residential area of Arabiaranta, the JKMM architects built a residential complex of three separate volumes, which are buildings of 4, 5 and 12 floors in height: they form green courtyard for residents, opening out towards the sea.
On a total area of 7800 m2, 102 open-plan apartments are located, intended for both rental and sale.
The complex faces the street with white stucco facades and dark bricks into the courtyard: black and white edges are dramatically combined at the apex of triangular balconies, the horizontals of which shape the building's appearance and offer residents spectacular views of the park and the bay.
