The museum was built according to a unique project of Chechen architects. The building was built in the national style. The internal volume is about 9000 thousand square meters. There is one combat signal tower at each of the four corners of the facility. The height of the towers, one of which is for display, is 37 meters. The museum's central exhibition hall is covered with a glass dome that provides natural daylight.

The facades of the museum are faced with KAMROCK stone ® from the collection "Rocky Mountain", in the decoration of the towers used stone from the collection "Ancient layer". This museum has deservedly become an object of pride and admiration for residents and guests of the Chechen Republic. Artificial stone, due to its texture and color scheme, emphasized the architecture of the building, built in the national style. It successfully imitates bedrock rocks traditionally used by the Chechens in the construction of their homes and defensive structures.
