Among other things, it provides for the creation of a cultural and educational complex, which will become a platform for the implementation of projects of the largest cultural institutions of the capital: the Victoria and Albert Museum, Sadler's Wells Dance House, London University of the Arts and others. The complex will also provide significant residential and public spaces, it will be located at the entrance to the park and will become another link in the chain of nearby attractions.

The competition is held in two stages. At the first, applications for participation will be considered, after which five selected teams will be engaged in a detailed study of the project.
