This time the event took place in the suburban hotel "Aquatoria" on the shores of the Gorky Sea. The guests of the "Architectural Week" were the heads and representatives of the leading architectural workshops in Moscow. The event was supported by the Union of Architects of Russia.
The following companies presented their reports as partners of the U-kon Architectural Week: Eternit (manufacturer of fiber cement panels), Archskin (thin-walled ceramics), White Hills (artificial decorative stone and thin-walled facing bricks), Fundermax (HPL panels), Pilkington (manufacturer glass), Swiss pearl (manufacturer of cement-composite panels), and FIANDRE (porcelain stoneware and ceramic tiles).
As part of the cultural program, the guests visited one of the oldest Russian cities, famous for artistic crafts and printed gingerbread - the city of Gorodets, Nizhny Novgorod region; visited the Museum of Samovars and the "Museum of Good", which collected original household items of Russia of the late nineteenth - early twentieth century; saw the holy spring "Nikola-Klyuch". The final stage of the "Architectural Week" was a tour of Nizhny Novgorod, during which the guests visited the head office and production facilities of Yukon Engineering, got acquainted with the modern architecture of the city and met with the Nizhny Novgorod architect Alexei Kamenyuk.
