The Architectural Route is a project dedicated to modern architecture in the format of an author's excursion from the key figures of the architectural community. In the new season of the project, AGC and the ArtPlay Today channel offer to visit iconic architectural objects accompanied by its authors online.
The first event will take place on August 4 and will be dedicated to the residential complex Kutuzovsky XII. The authors of the project - Alexander Tsimailo and Nikolai Lyashenko, leaders of the team of authors “Tsimailo, Lyashenko and Partners”, will conduct an author's excursion on the project of a new residential complex in Moscow. The meeting will be held in a format that is new for its participants and will allow everyone to join the virtual excursion, even outside Moscow, without leaving their home or office.
In the program of the upcoming meeting, the authors will share the architectural features of the project. Special guests of the meeting - representatives of the Capital Group company - will talk about the implementation of the project and the design features of the facade and interior solutions.
Residential complex "Kutuzovsky XII" - a new symbol of Kutuzovsky - the first residential building in 10 years on the eponymous avenue and a true pearl of Moscow, which includes in its appearance the shades of Soviet neoclassicism and Italian palazzo in a modern interpretation. The original architectural solution and carefully selected materials made the building austere, solid and made it possible to fit it into the architectural context. The key feature of the building's façade is the original glass columns illuminated from the inside, made using a special technology from absolutely neutral curved Crystalvision glass.
