A 12-storey house with an adjacent territory closed from prying eyes is located in the "quiet center" and is designed according to the rules of the "House of a new generation". Dispatching of engineering systems is installed in each apartment, which allows to collect readings of water, electricity and gas in an autonomous mode. Silent elevators and panoramic windows will delight residents. On the territory of the complex there are playgrounds and sports grounds, landscaping and a video surveillance system.
The complex is faced facade panels KMEW high-rise series "Seradir V" HCW2324GC with the texture of ceramic bricks of deep red color with dark joints … The inserts are made of GRC elements, which create expressive accents on the facade, and the first floor is finished with natural stone.
This project successfully shows how, with the correct use of inexpensive and quick-to-install KMEW facade panels, you can get a house that looks more expensive than it actually is.
