The architectural concept of the residential complex is based on the idea of a modern interpretation of the traditional quarter development, characteristic of the historical centers of many European cities. Each block consists of 6-storey residential buildings.
According to experts in the field of urban planning, this housing format is the most preferable, for several reasons: on the one hand, it allows you to create a full-fledged urban environment with all the necessary conditions for comfortable living, and on the other hand, it does not lead to overcrowding and oversaturation of buildings.
The facades of the buildings of the residential complex are made using the system for the hinged ventilated facade AluWALL ® system. For the manufacture of cladding cassettes, a special aluminum alloy was used, developed for the cladding of facades by the German company Novelis. The panels used for the cladding of buildings are made according to a special technology developed by the specialists of the SMK company.
The sheet of aluminum alloy used for the production of the panels is specially painted at the factory to exactly reproduce the color and characteristic pattern of the natural stone chosen as a sample for this project. AluWALL ® system, as well as the materials used in it for insulation and external cladding provide high energy efficiency, fire safety (all materials - NG), attractive appearance of residential buildings and low costs associated with its operation.
