On the territory of the Okhta Park resort, an active construction of a residential suburban complex "Way of Life" is underway, which includes more than 1,000 households on an area of 30 hectares. It is noteworthy that all cottages are built from LSR porous ceramic bricks.
Due to the unique properties of LSR ceramics, houses will be able to "breathe", which is extremely important when creating an optimal microclimate inside the house. Also, thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity, large-format ceramics produced at LSR factories retain heat in the house. This saves energy and heating costs for the house.
The Lifestyle project consists of three villages:
1. "Mountain" (individual houses and townhouses)
2. "Sportivnaya" (apartments in low-rise buildings)
3. "Lesnaya" (elite cottages surrounded by a coniferous forest).
Each "village" will have a unified architectural style, closed territory, recreation areas and children's playgrounds. In addition to housing, the project provides for an extensive infrastructure.
