Logistic complex "PNK-Tolmachevo", Novosibirsk
The PNK-Tolmachevo A-class logistics warehouse complex with a total area of 308,528 square meters was recognized as the most significant project of the PNK-Group development company in Novosibirsk. The building was constructed using the most modern technologies, and TechnoNICOL became the supplier of insulation materials, namely stone wool.
The roof of the logistics complex is insulated with a two-layer thermal insulation system made of stone wool - TECHNOROOF B60 and TECHNOROOF N30 slabs. When creating a slope on the roof, a material based on TECHNOROOF N30 KLIN basalt fiber was also used in the form of a ready-made set of wedge-shaped rigid slabs. This roofing system reduced the weight of the structure and created slopes to effectively remove sediment from the roof surface.
Trade and distribution complex "ETM", St. Petersburg
The use of TECHNONICOL heat-insulating materials ensures high energy efficiency of the ETM trade and distribution complex located in the industrial park "A Plus Park Shushary" in St. Petersburg. The facility with an area of 24,000 square meters was built by A Plus Development.
Reliable insulation of the roof of the shopping and distribution center is provided by TECHNOROOF N30 and TECHNOROOF B60 slabs. The lower layer of TECHNOROOF N30 slabs performs a heat-insulating function, the upper TECHNOROOF B60 is responsible for the distribution of the mechanical load. Due to the overlapping of the joints of the slabs of the lower layer with the upper, cold bridges are excluded. The use of high-quality insulation based on basalt fiber allows you to minimize the heat loss of the building through a flat roof.
Distribution center of the retail chain "Magnit"

A new distribution center for the Magnit retail network has been erected in Novorossiysk (Krasnodar Territory). It was built with the aim of improving the quality of service in the entire southern region. During the construction of a warehouse with a total area of more than 25,000 square meters, the most modern technologies and materials were used, including insulation.
The distribution center roof structure consists of several layers, each with its own function. For the lower heat-insulating layer, TECHNOROOF N30 stone wool slabs were used. The use of these non-combustible boards guarantees the system exceptional fire-fighting properties. Also, the material has high strength rates and, of course, low thermal conductivity, which makes it possible to increase the heat-saving properties of the roof as a whole.

International logistics operator FM Logistic plans to increase the area of its warehouse platform in Dmitrov near Moscow to 140,000 square meters. It should become the largest warehouse complex of the company not only in Russia, but also in the world.
