Within the framework of the agreement, it is planned to carry out a wide range of activities. So to discuss the current situation and search for ways to solve urgent problems in the field of construction education on a regular basis, it is planned to hold joint conferences, seminars, meetings and round tables. To improve the quality of training on the basis of two training centers, courses will be held for working personnel, foremen of production sites, foremen and designers, moreover, for a better organization of the process, it is planned to develop and prepare educational and methodological materials.
A separate block of events is devoted to the development of professional standards for construction professions and their implementation in the process of assessing the qualifications of workers. As part of this activity, it is planned to conduct pre-certification training of personnel for the procedures of an independent assessment of qualifications and provide employees with the necessary information on the rules and procedures for an independent assessment.
It is planned to involve state authorities, local self-government bodies, public organizations and educational institutions working in the construction and nuclear industry to participate in joint projects of KNAUF and Rosatom, implemented under the agreement.
The signed agreement consolidates the already established relationship between the training centers of the two companies. In 2016, the training modules of Knauf were included in the programs of the training center of the LEU DPO "UCPR", created by the SRO NP "SOYUZATOMSTROY" together with the State Corporation "Rosatom". Also this year, more than forty MGSU students who are involved in the construction of Rosatom facilities within the framework of the initiative "Russian student teams" have been trained in plastering on the basis of KNAUF centers.
The closest joint project of the two companies is the IV Annual Professional Skills Competition "The Best in Profession in the Nuclear Industry Capital Construction Complex." It will be held from 8 to 10 August, and Knauf is actively involved in its preparation.
In his welcoming speech on the occasion of the signing of the agreement, the manager of the KNAUF CIS group, Janis Kralis, thanked the management of the NOU DPO UCPR for choosing Knauf as a partner.
