Naberezhnye Chelny: reconstruction of the office center
The renovated 2.18 business center is one of the most famous buildings in Naberezhnye Chelny. The construction of a 25-storey hotel at 12 Hasan Tufan Avenue began in 1979, but after 7 years the project was frozen. Before the collapse of the USSR, only the frame of the building was erected, and the project acquired the "status" of a long-term construction. The building stood until 2000, when the question arose about the completion of construction. The discussion of the project went on for quite a long time, and by coincidence, at the same time, the upper part of the roof was decorated in the colors of the flag of Tatarstan - a tower crowned with a bright "headdress" was obtained, for which the famous long-term construction of Naberezhnye Chelny was popularly called "skullcap", which is still since then. In 2005, we started to implement the project of the business center. In 2009, the building was completed, and in December it was officially opened. Five years later, it is 99% filled with tenants. An observation deck was built on the roof of the skullcap, which offers a magnificent view of the city center and the Kama River.
The company TATPROF took part in the reconstruction, providing stained-glass windows of the TP-50300 system, as well as windows and doors of the TPT-65 series for the project. ***
Naberezhnye Chelny: hospital reconstruction
The decision to expand and modernize the Emergency Hospital was made in 2008, since it is in this medical institution that the main health resources of Naberezhnye Chelny have always been concentrated and colossal professional experience has been accumulated. Annually, 150,000 patients come to the emergency room doctors, of which 25,000 are hospitalized. At the same time, the hospital had sufficient areas for reconstruction and a ready-made infrastructure that could be modernized. An important factor was the fact that the BSMP is located on a very traumatic section of the federal highway M7, one of the most important transport arteries in our country.
The building was built in 1980 and is a typical medical facility. For 28 years of work, the building has become dilapidated, according to experts, by 38%. As a result of the modernization, it was possible to add additional hospital beds (beds), install modern equipment that allows accurate diagnostics and timely medical care. In the near future, they also plan to organize helipads to save time when transporting patients.
The TATPROF company took part in the reconstruction project in terms of facade glazing. Due to the fact that the project provides volumetric decorative inserts made of composite material in the center of the facade, some difficulties arose during construction and installation work in the glazing of the central part of the facade. As a result, a frame was built for the installation of decorative elements, to which the entire system was attached. The total area of the façade glazing was approximately 1000 m2… The false window with decorative glass was made on the basis of the EK-50 series. ***
Kazan: House of Friendship of the Peoples of Tatarstan
The House of Friendship of Peoples (DDN) was opened on May 26, 1999 with the aim of providing state support to organizations that are part of the Assembly of the Peoples of Tatarstan for the revival, preservation and development of the cultures of the peoples of the republic. In 2005, the House of Friendship of the Peoples of Tatarstan became an independent republican organization, and funds were allocated for its reconstruction.
In 2011, instead of a small old mansion on Ostrovsky Street, the authorities allocated a five-story building for the House of Friendship of Peoples not far from the center of Kazan, on Pavlyukhin Street. The former research institute "Vakuummash" was in a rather deplorable state.
The grand opening of the new House of Friendship of the Peoples of Tatarstan took place on August 29, 2012 in the presence of all the first persons of the republic. In a new cultural center with an area of over 4000 m2 there was a place not only for the offices of national public organizations, employees of the Assembly of the Peoples of Tatarstan and the editorial office of the magazine "Our Home - Tatarstan". There is also a concert hall with a capacity of almost 300 seats, a celebration hall with a capacity of 100 seats, which can be easily converted into an exhibition pavilion, a conference hall with 80 seats and a meeting room for 20 people, as well as an information center, a dressing room and a choreographic room, dressing rooms and changing rooms. for artists, the Friendship Museum and the Multinational Sunday School premises and of course all the necessary technical premises.
The company "TATPROF" took part in the reconstruction, which provided translucent structures of the TP-50300 system and outward opening doors of the EK-89 system.
