Edouard François, known for his experiments with vertical gardening, in his new project proposed an option for environmentally friendly multi-storey buildings, the very possibility of the existence of which is sometimes questioned. At the same time, the endless seizure of the natural landscape and agricultural land for building is impossible, therefore, there is only one way out: more compact and therefore more "high-rise" cities.

The main building of the residential complex "M6B2 Tower of Biodiversity" reaches a height of 50 meters (18 floors): its site is taken out as an exception from the general Paris height limit of 37 meters. Wild plants are planted on the balconies encircling the "moire" titanium facades: first, these will be rapidly growing climbing plants, then - conifers, which grow in 5-10 years, and last of all - deciduous trees with a maturity period of 20 years or more. Thanks to the tower's height, the wind will be able to carry their seeds throughout the city, restoring Parisian biodiversity.

Around the garden in the courtyard there are three more residential buildings (10, 8 and 6 floors) - with zinc and aluminum facades. In addition to apartments, M6B2 Biodiversity Tower includes a kindergarten and shops.
