The six lower floors of 35XV are coordinated with the front of the street - they are faced with light granite and received a "traditional" lattice of windows. Their appearance reflects both residential and educational functions of the building, although inside there are only classrooms, a laboratory, a rehearsal room and a public space of the Xavier School, a Jesuit college for boys aged 14-18. The old school building is located on a nearby parallel street; it is separated from the new building by a courtyard inside the block.

The upper part of the tower, a glass volume, is oriented not towards neighboring buildings, but towards the sky, almost dissolving against its background. These floors are enclosed in a crystal of complex configuration: the architects have creatively reworked Manhattan norms that require floor space to be reduced as the height increases. The steel frame made it possible, among other things, to arrange a console with an extension of 11 m above the backyard: this gave 40% of the residential floor area.

The seventh floor is occupied by a gym, salon, children's playroom, wine cellar and a terrace intended for all residents. Above, on 17 floors, there are apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms.
