The Russian companies Uralsky Granite and Ceramics of the Future presented a line of high performance materials at the Batimat 2017 exhibition.
The Uralskiy Granit factory specializes in the production of technical material with a wide monochrome color gamut, namely, porcelain stoneware, which is entirely dyed in its mass at the manufacturing stage. The monocolor collection of the factory contains more than 50 color solutions. It should be noted that this material is highly wear-resistant and has zero water absorption.
At the Batimat exhibition, the company presented a new series of glazed porcelain stoneware "Uralskaya Palitra", which is used for cladding hinged ventilated facades and floors. This line includes 25 vibrant colors. The main advantage of the "Ural palette" is the surface, which is formed by fade-resistant dyes and high-strength finely ground glass varieties. Inexpensive and bright, this porcelain stoneware is ideal for kindergartens and schools.
Another collection of porcelain stoneware for ventilation facades, presented by the factory at Batimat 2017, is called Geometry. Its distinctive feature is a surface with a geometric relief that creates a three-dimensional effect.
The products of the Keramika of the Future company are a continuation of the Ural Granite product line. “The plant was built two years ago and began to produce many modern unique materials. First of all, there is an unusual size for the Russian market - 120x120 cm,”says Igor Zhelezovsky, Deputy General Director for Marketing and Sales of both manufacturing companies. The plant produces porcelain stoneware, the pattern of which is created with powders. This is an unconventional technique: today, almost all factories draw a pattern with ink, when photo printing is applied using digital technology and glazed porcelain stoneware is obtained. “The material of“Ceramics of the Future”is virtually eternal. He will not be trampled, he will never dry himself, - explains Igor Zhelezovsky. - The manufacturing technology of such a material is not simple and not the cheapest. But the result is a more durable and reliable coating compared to natural."
"Ceramics of the Future" follows the latest fashion trends in its field, keeps track of world trends and all the most interesting novelties. The company cooperates with the best designers of Italian factories. Together with technical material, industrial facilities are focused on the production of glazed porcelain stoneware with imitation of natural materials. The assortment of the factory includes tiles that imitate the pattern of wood, natural stone or even cement. At the same time, despite the high quality of the factory's material and its aesthetic advantages, the cost of "Ceramics of the Future" is much lower than its European counterparts.
