The Entrepreneurial University of the 21st Century is a relatively new institution located in Cordoba in northern Argentina. The master plan of its campus was developed in 1999 by Cesar Pelly, however, new buildings are added to the complex today. Thus, the Experimenta 21 tower completed the square of the spacious courtyard, laid down in the plan by Pelli.

The tower houses laboratories and workshops for the most unusual and innovative research in the field of technology and technology, and its appearance was supposed to reflect this content. The load-bearing facade with asymmetrical openings, as well as the spectacular entrance in the form of a red corridor, fully meet this task. It is also served by the vertical silhouette of the building, surrounded by the rest - horizontal - buildings; the tower is also visible in the landscape of Cordoba, despite the campus's location on the outskirts.

The 41 meter high façade was erected from monolithic concrete in two weeks. The structure of the interior is simple - staircase and elevator nodes are connected on each floor with a hall, which in the future may serve to expand the workshops. In addition to window openings, light wells are responsible for lighting the interior: this role, among other things, is played by the glass elevator shaft.

Eco-elements include a rainwater harvesting system (it includes a transparent cistern that serves as a ceiling for the lobby), a wettable porous material on the walls of open courtyards (it cools the air entering from the outside, which then enters the workshops through the windows that open there), the use of natural light and thermal inertia of concrete.
