The new residential complex is located on the outskirts of Sofia, not far from the Vitosha foothills, and is equally oriented towards the metropolis and the famous mountain. Its clear flowing forms allow for different interpretations - both five mountain peaks, and even parents with three children, but the architects hope that each viewer will create his own interpretation, becoming their co-author. For the façade, glazing and fiber-reinforced concrete panels fibreC were used.
The construction site is Bulgaria Boulevard, where many of the most striking structures that have appeared in Sofia in recent years are concentrated. The A3 (its full name is Advanced Architecture Apartments) is 100 meters long, and therefore is divided into five volumes, one entrance in each. Two sections have only two apartments per floor, three have three. On an area of more than 30 thousand m2, there are a total of 158 housing units. The common room of each apartment received extensive glazing and views of Vitosha and the city.
The lower floor is occupied by commercial areas, divided into spaces of 50-100 m2, and the parking is located on two underground levels. The area around the house is dedicated to landscaping and recreational functions.
