The north and south towers of the Zhengzhou Greenland Central Plaza are the tallest buildings in the city with a height of 284 m (63 floors). At the foot of the skyscrapers there is an L-shaped stylobate with commercial functions, but it is completely separated from the base of "its" tower, which facilitated the creation of convenient entrances for employees, because every day 12,000 people pass through the lobby of the first floor in each case. The total area of the towers is the same - 232 thousand m2, the standard office floor is 4000 m2, it can be divided into a maximum of fifteen parts.
Both towers have eight-story "celestial atriums" in the upper part, around which restaurants, shops and a spa center with a swimming pool are located on three floors. At the very top of the northern skyscraper are "exclusive" office space, the southern one - apartments and club rooms.
