Since the total weight of the necessary nutrient substrate for this green roof was 550,000 kg, preliminary reinforcement of the load-bearing structures of the complex was envisaged.

It helps to reduce storm water runoff and eliminate the heat island effect. In addition, the installed rooftop wind turbines are expected to be able to generate up to 3,100 kWh of renewable energy annually.
