The building is, in fact, a large ramp with a green roof that rises from ground level to an elevation of 4.5 m. Turning a little more than half a circle, the building organizes a public space and a small semi-patio around it.
The structure of the building is a modular metal frame. The northern, inner side of the arc is completely glazed, that is, the sales office faces with a transparent facade and pedestrian paths towards passing cars and passers-by.
Energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, in addition to the green roof, the building is ensured by the use of heat pumps for heating and cooling and a ventilation system with heat recovery.
The organization of the internal space is simple and straightforward: convenient areas for working with customers are located along the southern, outer side of the arc, and the children's area is closer to the light - the glass northern facade. The reception desk is located opposite the entrance and serves as the beginning for the public area, as there is a cozy meeting room and an area for employees on the right.
Three tables for working with customers are united by a "flowing" surface, which simultaneously forms the backs of the sofas.
