Now Krasnogorsk is one of the nearest Moscow suburbs, known for high-rise and ever-growing buildings. Meanwhile, once there was the Znamenskoye-Gubailovo estate with a large park, part of which was later occupied by the Zverev photographic equipment plant, which produced Zenits along with military observation equipment. Therefore, there are still many parks in the city - the estate territory has disintegrated not a few green enclaves, there are three of them in the city center. Central - Krasnogorsk city - not so long ago was considered the park of the plant. And the plant, whose territory begins at the eastern border of the park, now belongs to the Schwabe company. But the park is still central to the city, and until recently there was nothing except for a good playground and attractions of moderate cost. In 2018, the city administration held a tender for the concept of reorganizing the park in a modern way. It was won by Oleg Raspopov's YOarchitects; however, now there is a tender for the design.
The park with a total area of 32 hectares with a long lake in its central part, the architects saturated - as much as possible - with a variety of plots and, as they say now, “activities” (from the English actitvity, - ed.). There are a total of twenty objects, and all of them, or almost all, are subordinated to optical topics related to the specialization of the plant. More striking than others, of course, is the stage of the summer theater (in place of the currently existing "green" one), whose nape, according to the authors, is designed as a lens, although it is very similar to a flying saucer. In any case, it looks extremely futuristic - this is the most striking object of the park, being implemented, it, with a high probability, can become its symbol.
So, objects gravitate towards a scientific topic. For example, the fountain pouring water from one side of the lake to the other (by the way, this principle is used by the famous horse fountain on Manezhnaya), named after Lobachevsky. The wooden playground has been turned into a monument to the Zenit camera. The brilliant gazebo “Rain Fantasy” consists of iridescent stalagnates, denies the forces of gravity and echoes the lens theater, forming a layer of futuristic imagery in the park.

But the role of the most complex and “activating” part of the park, the element that revives its life, is assigned to the “Path of optical attractions. A park route with mysterious objects that add up to understandable images only from certain points of view. The route, which, apparently, according to the concept, will replace attractions, is designed to immerse the walker in optical laws, making it possible, as in Experimentanium, to experience their effect on oneself.

The concept looks modern and rich. Although the luxurious playground, if it already exists, I would leave.
The essence of the concept proposed by Oleg Raspopov and winning at the first stage is in its thematic and plot focus, it is all permeated with factory themes, and shows us the wooden Zenith as the past, a theater lens and a brilliant flowing arbor as the future. That is, he clearly demonstrates on his fingers not only the laws of optics, but also that the plant lived, is alive and will live. Let it be in new conditions.
